Our brand-new Suzanne Grae store will be opening in June and we are looking for our new store team to commence across Casual and Permanent Part time positions ASAP!

About the Role:

As a Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member, you'll drive store success through outstanding customer service and a passion for selling. You'll be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love interacting with people, and have a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Position One: (Supervisor)

Week One (13.45hrs)

Thursday 5pm-8:15pm | Friday 11am-2pm | Saturday 8:45am-4:15pm

Week Two (18.5hrs)

Sunday 9:45am-4:15pm | Monday 8:45am-5:45pm  | Thursday 2pm-6pm 

Position Two: (Supervisor)

Week One (17.5hrs)

Sunday 9:45am - 4:15pm | Monday 11am – 2pm | Tuesday 11am – 2pm | Thursday 2pm – 6pm

Week Two (14hrs)

Tuesday 11am – 3pm | Wednesday 11am - 3pm | Thursday 11am - 2pm | Saturday  2pm – 5pm

Position Three:

Week One: (10hrs)

Wednesday 11am – 2pm | Thursday 11am – 3pm | Saturday 2pm – 5pm

Week Two (9.15hrs)

Monday 11am – 2pm | Thursday 5pm - 8:15pm | Friday 11am – 2pm

As a Sales Team Member, your role involves: 

• Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain and replenish stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
• Support with visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.
