Our Opportunity
 
Our newly created Channel Planner role will manage the ecommerce and store planning function to ensure Suzanne Grae's strategic and financial goals are achieved. 
 
As a commercially minded and analytical individual, you will deliver strategic channel planning to ensure sales and profits are consistently maximised. Your experience will support the implementation of planning processes and reporting procedures to set the team up for success.

Working closely with our Planning Manager, MD, Digital Manager and CFC Manager, your ability to build key relationships as well as effectively influence and solve problems will play an important part in your approach across all matters relating to channel stock management and broader inventory management.

You will provide financial analysis to support both pre-season and in-season planning as well as lead the allocation replenishment process ensuring allocation and replenishment methods are applied effectively to inspire innovative and strategic solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate, timely and proactive financial analysis to assist with effective decision making to form strategic decisions across ecommerce and store opportunities
  • Develop stock and sales opportunities analysis by store and state
  • Review store productivity and sales reviewing options and capacities
  • Understand and review space optimisation
  • Own inventory management across stores and online
  • Manage the stock journey end-to-end; inbound/shipping visibility through to allocation, replenishment, transfers and in-store availability
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties
Skills & Experience:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in a Planner role 
  • Allocation experience within retail 
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting and analysis
  • Strong business acumen and commercial judgement
  • Strong numeracy and analytical capability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capability
