About the Role

As part of our store leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, leading day-to-day operations and creating an engaging shopping experience for every customer. Working collaboratively, our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager lead by example, develop their teams and ensure the store operates to the highest standards.

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store, while the Assistant Store Manager partners closely with them to support operations and confidently lead the business in their absence.

In this role you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and results-driven team culture.
  • Support daily store operations, ensuring excellence across customer service, stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Drive effective stock replenishment, markdowns and stocktake processes.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand direction.
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • For Store Manager opportunities, you'll also oversee key operational responsibilities including payroll, banking, roster preparation and overall store performance.

About You

We're looking for leaders who:

  • Have previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor.
  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead by example and know how to motivate and develop a successful team.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Have strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Are passionate about achieving results while creating a positive workplace culture.
