Our Opportunity:
Join our team as our new Planner based in our Macquarie Park office.
Your focus on our customer and understanding of fashion trends will support the management of your category. Additionally, you will coach and mentor your Planning Assistant and work in partnership to drive success business outcomes.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Work collaboratively with Buying to develop detailed buying plans develop growth strategies
- Review range to ensure brand strategies and financial goals are being met
- Oversee the planning and re-forecasting of key items and volume lines
- OTB Management, continually identify & develop opportunities for achieving financial objectives
- Review store sales and allocations with Planning Assistants
- Liaise with internal & external teams as required
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Fashion or relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
- Leadership skills with previous management experience ideal
- Allocation experience within retail - Apparel
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience in reporting and analysis
- Business outcomes and solutions focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management capability
