Our brand-new Suzanne Grae store will be opening in November and we are looking for our new store team to commence across Casual and Permanent Part Time positions ASAP!

About the Role:

As a Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member, you'll drive store success through outstanding customer service and a passion for selling. You'll be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love interacting with people, and have a flexible, team-oriented approach.

Schedule for Part Time Sales Team Member (Position one): 

Supervisor
Week One: Sunday 9:45am - 4:15pm | Monday 8:45am - 5:45pm | Thursday 6pm - 9:15pm (17.15hrs)
Week Two: Thursday 6pm - 9:15pm | Saturday 8:45am - 5:15pm (10.45hrs)

Schedule for Part Time Sales Team Member (Position Two): 

Supervisor
Week One: Monday 11am - 3pm | Tuesday 11am - 3pm | Wednesday 11am - 3pm (12hrs)

Week Two: Sunday 9:45am - 4:15pm | Monday 11am - 3pm | Tuesday 11am - 3pm | Wednesday 11am - 3pm (18hrs per week)

Schedule for Part Time Sales Team Member (Position Three):

Supervisor
Week One: Sunday 11am - 3pm | Thursday 11am - 2pm | Friday 11am - 3pm | Saturday 9am - 2pm (16hrs)
Week Two: Sunday 11am - 3pm | Thursday 11am - 2pm | Friday 11am - 3pm (11hrs)

As a Sales Team Member, your role involves: 

• Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain and replenish stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
• Support with visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.
